Labor costs are the major factor in higher taxes.
In dire times wages should be reduced. Continual
sweetheart contracts for Unions 3-4% increases and no provision for government deficit consideration has resulted in wages to be 27%
higher than the private sector. Gov’t workers also have much better job security. This should
be reversed. If not, go to outsourcing. Instead of firing 10%, reduce wages 10% and stop the greed in refusing to consider fellow workers.
No more GREED !!!
